How to Measure your Octagonal Spa
The information below details all the requirements for ordering a cover to suit an equal sided Octagonal spa. If you find the details too involved, you may prefer to just watch the video and contact us via one of the contact forms in the right hand column.
MEASUREMENTS & INFORMATION REQUIRED
MEASUREMENTS NEEDED
- Length
- Width
- Length of each of the 8 sides ( Ends/Cut - Offs/Sides
- Height of Lip ( skirt length )

LENGTH & WIDTH MEASUREMENTS

Always measure from the outside of the spa shell ( not including any wooden frame or surrounds ) - see Diagram 2 above.

If the lip flares out slightly, measure adjacent to the bottom of the lip, see Diagram 3 above or video below
MEASUREMENT OF SIDES

The length of the sides is an important measurement to know for a correct fitting cover. See Diagram 4 above. If the corners of the sides are curved, then see Diagram 5 below for information on how to measure correctly.

MEASURING SKIRT HEIGHT

The distance from the top of the spa lip ( including any controls sitting less than 25 mm proud ) down to the bottom of the vertical spa lip, is the measurement required for ascertaining the length of the spa cover skirt. See Diagram 6 above & video below.
