How to Measure your Extended Octagon, Square or Rectangle Spa with Cut-off Corners
Although this Video shows how to measure an Extended Octagonal Spa, the same principals apply to a Square or Rectangular Spa with 4 cut off corners.

MEASUREMENTS & INFORMATION REQUIRED
MEASUREMENTS NEEDED
- Length
- Width
- Length of each of the cut off corners
- Height of Lip ( skirt length )

LENGTH & WIDTH MEASUREMENTS

Always measure from the outside of the spa shell ( not including any wooden frame or surrounds ) - see Diagram 2 above.

If the lip flares out slightly, measure adjacent to the bottom of the lip, see Diagram 3 above or video below
CUT OFF MEASUREMENTS

The length of the cut offs is an important measurement to know for a correct fitting cover. See Diagram 4 above. If the corners of the cut offs are curved, then see Diagram 5 or watch video below for information on how to measure correctly.

SKIRT HEIGHT MEASUREMENT

The distance from the top of the spa lip ( including any controls sitting less than 25 mm proud ) down to the bottom of the vertical spa lip, is the measurement required for ascertaining the length of the spa cover skirt. See Diagram 6 above & video below.
